Terms and Conditions of Participation
- MECAN Summer Giveaway 2025 Event (hereinafter referred to as 「this Event」）The organizer is MECAN Air Conditioning (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as 「the Company」）；
- The registration period for this event is from May 19, 2025 to June 1, 2025. The company will contact the selected candidates on or before June 6, 2025;
- This activity does not include any additional transportation costs or installation costs, such as delivery to remote areas and charges for climbing stairs. Participants must receive the goods and complete the installation within the specified time. For details, please contact customer service staff for inquiries;
- The window machine obtained from this activity is not returnable, exchangeable, resold, or used for any sales-related purposes;
- The window machines in this promotion are all brand new and original, with original factory warranty;
- Each delivery address can only be applied for once. Violators will be automatically disqualified without any notification. The delivery address cannot be changed after successful selection, otherwise the qualification will be disqualified.
- The registration information for the event must be filled in accurately. If the registration information is incorrect, the company reserves the right to make the final decision and cancel the participation in the lucky draw.
- If this activity causes any personal/other losses to any party, the company will not be responsible;
- The company will contact the selected candidates by phone or Facebook. If no response is received within 24 hours after the Company's notification, the participant will lose the right to participate in the event and no compensation will be made, but the customer must still abide by the terms and conditions;
- Participants who obtain a window machine through this event must submit completed installation photos to us before July 1, 2025. At the same time, the Company will be fully entitled to modify, use, copy, publicly display and/or publish and display the content on any website and/or other media and occasions for promotional purposes without prior notice to the recipient and payment of any copyright fees;
- MECAN Air Conditioning (Hong Kong) Ltd. reserves the right to publish the list of winners and related photos for publicity purposes;
- Participating in this activity means that you understand and agree to the 「Terms and Conditions」 of this activity. If there is any violation, the company has the right to cancel the qualification and reserve the right to investigate any behavior that undermines this activity;
- The participants’ personal data will only be used for identity confirmation purposes for this event and will be destroyed within one month after the event ends. Other non-personal information will be used by the Company to compile statistical reports and market analysis on product sales;
- The Company reserves the right to refuse to accept any participant for selection without giving any explanation;
- The above gift pictures are for reference only, everything is subject to the actual product;
- If there are any unfinished matters in this activity, the company may make additional explanations at any time and reserves the right to modify the activity rules at any time;
- In case of any dispute, MECAN Air Conditioning (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. reserves the right to make the final decision, which is binding on the participants and the right to terminate the event;
